Recently, I taught a 3D Sculpting workshop at the UAEM Faculty of Design, where we addressed the basics of creating characters for illustration, 3d printing and animation.
In their final project, students had to create a small diorama with their character performing a pose or gesture, also incorporating the other topics of the course (materials, lighting, optimization, etc.).
In the last session, I did this project to illustrate the process from start to finish. I started in Nomad and finished in Blender, taking me about 4 hours to complete it.
